Our minimum order value is IDR 5,000,000 (approximately US$500). MOQ varies by product type and artisan capacity.
How long does production take?
Production timelines vary from 2-8 weeks depending on the product complexity and order quantity. We provide detailed timelines during the consultation phase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and handle all export documentation. We can arrange both LCL (less than container load) and FCL (full container load) shipments.
Can I request custom designs?
Absolutely. Our artisans can work from your sketches, photos, or CAD files. Custom work typically requires higher MOQ and longer lead times.
What payment terms do you offer?
We require 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipping. We accept bank transfer and can accommodate LC for large orders.
